Terms & Conditions
- Full payment is required upfront as our tools are commercially licensed and costs are incurred immediately.
- Client must finalize all instructions before video generation begins. Any changes afterward are treated as a new request.
- Turnaround time is 48 hours maximum after payment and confirmation.
- No refunds are available after production has started.
- Scriptwriting service (if requested) is charged at EGP 100 or equivalent.
- Client must provide high-quality custom images if required.
- Advanced customization starts at EGP 700/minute, including all listed features. Additional custom edits are priced separately per minute.
- Multi-avatar videos are treated as multiple individual videos due to increased processing and editing requirements.
- Partial minutes are rounded up to the next full minute.
